Alaska - Summer 2016

Written So Far - Love Vancouver. Lots of cabs.

Downside  - 4 people per cab? Nutty rule.

Holland America - Not very impressed with special needs services. Person on phone said they have no special needs concierge. No way to get early access..."just let people know you are there."

Hyatt Regency Vancouver - picked this because its central and up the hill (minimizing waling).

  • Appear to be understaffed. Forgot to clean our room. 
  • Received free breakfast for 1 person per room per day. Tried to consolidate in one day so family could eat together. Manager told us this is impossible because of "financial modeling". Nutty.
